  By purchasing a ticket for this draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

   

  1. Ticket Limits and Entry

  • Total Tickets: There are strictly limited to 340 tickets available for this draw. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted.

  • Entry Mechanics: One (1) purchase equals one (1) ticket/entry.

  • Multiple Entries: There is no limit on the number of tickets a single individual may purchase. Buying multiple tickets results in multiple entries, increasing the statistical chance of winning.

  • Accuracy: It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that their contact details (email, phone number, and shipping address) are correct on the account used to purchase the ticket.

   

  2. The Draw

   

  • Timing: There is no fixed date for the draw. The draw will take place only once ALL 340 tickets have been sold.

  • Method: The winner will be selected entirely at random using an online generated spinning wheel.

  • Location: The draw will be conducted and posted on our Facebook page.

  • Transparency: The specific time of the draw will be announced on our Facebook page shortly after the final ticket is sold.

   

  3. Prizes

   

  • No Exchanges: The prize is final. There are no swaps, exchanges, or cash alternatives available. The prize cannot be returned for store credit.

  • Condition: The prize is awarded "as is."

   

  4. Shipping and Delivery

   

  • Domestic (Australia): Standard domestic shipping within Australia is included in the ticket price.

  • International: International entries are welcome; however, should a winner reside outside of Australia, International Shipping costs will be calculated and charged to the winner. The prize will not be dispatched until this shipping fee is paid in full.

  • Customs/Duties: International winners are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees relevant to their country.

   

  5. Winner Notification

   

  • Contact: The winner will be contacted directly via the contact details provided on the account used to purchase the ticket.

  • Claiming Period: If the winner does not respond to communication attempts within 48 hours of the draw, we reserve the right to re-draw a new winner.

   

  6. Liability

   

  • By entering, participants release the host from any liability regarding technical glitches, Facebook platform issues, or shipping delays once the item has been dispatched.
